MIECTOMÍA SEPTAL EN MIOCARDIOPATÍA HIPERTRÓFICA CON OBSTRUCCIÓN DEL TRACTO DE SALIDA DEL VENTRÍCULO IZQUIERDO

Resumen
La miocardiopatía hipertrófica tiene como complicaciones la insuficiencia cardíaca diastólica, arritmias, síncope y la muerte súbita. La miectomía septal es la indicación primera para el tratamiento de dicha entidad con obstrucción del tracto de salida del VI (TSVI), mientras que la ablación septal con alcohol también es aceptada. Se describe el caso de una paciente tratada con miectomía septal, al ser este abordaje terapéutico muy infrecuente en nuestro país.

Abstract
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is as complications diastolic heart failure, arrhythmias, syncope and sudden death. Septal myectomy is the first indication for the treatment of this entity with obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT), while alcohol septal ablation is also accepted. If a patient treated with septal myectomy, as this is very rare therapeutic approach described in our country.
